Michelle Amor is the creator of Ecologies of Sound and Sea: an Auditory Journey Through Acoustic Ecology. She is a Graduate student at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, UC San Diego, studying Marine Biodiversity and Conservation. Michelle is a scientific and rescue diver, ecologist and music teacher. She also has an interest in evolutionary biology, zoology, foraging and musical compositon.
